We gather on Sunday morning to celebrate the day that God raised the first of us from the dead.

This morning, we gather around the sacrament of Baptism. It is here that we practice immersion - symbolically in water, metaphysically in Christ, literally, in story. We baptise one another in the Biblical story. This is the story of how the God of Abraham unexpectedly fulfilled His promises to redeem humanity and restore the universe in Jesus of Nazareth - and has begun to do the same amongst us.
